111 Phase: Essential Appointment Guidelines

At 111 Phase, we are dedicated to ensuring each client's experience is seamless, safe, and of the highest standard. To achieve this, we've established guidelines to ensure the smooth progression of your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these policies.

Guest Policy

  • 🚫 No Additional Guests or Children: To maintain a serene and professional environment, we request clients to attend their appointments solo.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 🚫 Cancellation: Appointments cancelled within 72 hours cannot transfer their deposit to a later date. All deposits are non-refundable.

  • 🔁 Rescheduling: If you wish to change your appointment date or time, kindly do so at least one week in advance.

  • ⏰ Late Arrivals: Punctuality is imperative. Appointments will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Should this occur, you'll need to schedule a new appointment and place another deposit.

Payment & Pricing

  • 💳 Payment Methods: We accept cash, and all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

  • 💰 Deposit: Your deposit will be deducted from your final balance due on the day of your visit.

  • 🔍 Perfecting Visit: For microblading or microshading, a perfecting visit is essential 4 to 6 weeks post the initial session. This session isn't included in the initial pricing. If not booked accordingly, touch-ups will be charged at the full procedure rate.

  • ⭐ Promotions: On special occasions, we offer promotional packages. Any exceptions in these packages don't override our general policies.

Preparation for Your Appointment

  • ❌ Avoid stimulants: Refrain from consuming coffee and other stimulants before your session.

  • ❌ Avoid Blood Thinners: Avoid alcohol and medications like Advil.

  • ❌ Skincare: Don't use Retin A skincare products prior to your visit.

  • 📋 Medical Concerns: If you have specific medical conditions, consult your doctor before booking. Bring a doctor's note to your appointment.

  • ✍ E-Signature Requirement: Before your visit, you'll need to provide electronic signatures for our medical and COVID-19 waivers.

Appointment Restrictions

Please do NOT book if:

  • You're below 18 years.

  • You're pregnant or nursing.

  • Taking blood-thinning medications.

  • Suffering from viral infections or diseases.

  • Diabetic.

  • Undergoing chemotherapy.

  • Had prior microblading, ombre, or eyebrow tattooing.

Previous Work Policy

For brows that were previously microbladed or tattooed: We only cater to those whose work has completely faded or those treated by a 111 Phase artist. If in doubt, please email images to us at phase111@gmail.com for a review before scheduling.
